If you are using Leep Workflows on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. About Leep Workflows

Leep Workflows is a web-based platform that helps individuals and teams plan, manage, and execute goals using AI-powered workflows and agentic automation. Our Service generates tasks, milestones, and supports users with AI assistance to reduce friction in project execution.

We are currently in MVP testing phase and features are subject to change.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 16 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country).

  • A resident of a country where our service is legally available.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these eligibility criteria.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access Leep Workflows, you may be required to:

  • Create an account using email and password

  • Or use a third-party login (e.g., Google)

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

  • Resell, reverse engineer, or copy our platform

  • Upload malicious content or spam

  • Use the AI agents to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

You are responsible for the content and data you input into the platform.

6. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

By using the Service, you consent to our collection, storage, and processing of your data.

7. AI Output and Limitations

Leep Workflows uses artificial intelligence tools (e.g. Gemini, Vertex AI) to generate suggestions, tasks, and agentic outputs. These outputs:

  • Are for guidance only

  • May contain inaccuracies or errors

  • Require human review and discretion

We are not liable for decisions made solely on AI-generated output.

8. Beta Features and MVP Disclaimer

Leep Workflows is currently in its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase and is being tested with early users. You acknowledge:

  • Features may change or be removed without notice

  • Uptime and support are not guaranteed

  • Bugs and performance issues may occur

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the platform

  • You are inactive for a prolonged period during MVP testing

All user-generated data may be deleted upon account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Leep Workflows platform, including but not limited to design, code, trademarks, and content, remain the property of Leep Creative Solutions Ltd.

You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

11. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, Zapier, Slack). Use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for data processing or decisions made by third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leep Creative Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform

  • Errors in AI-generated outputs or delays in service

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via the platform or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of Leep Workflows after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
